Welcome to Casale Dolina Verde, a modern country retreat nestled in the heart of the Itria Valley. This splendid property consists of a large living room with a double sofa bed, two bedrooms, three complete bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen. The house has heating, Wi-Fi air conditioning, barbecue, a gazebo, a garden and a 40 meter infinity pool.

The house has been tastefully furnished and has all the comforts. There are several entrances: one from the kitchen and two from a large living room with sofa bed. There are two double bedrooms and three bathrooms with shower perfect for having your own privacy.

The exterior 

Leaving the living room, you enter a veranda equipped with tables and chairs, perfect for having lunch and dinner. The property is well cared for, with a lawn and the swimming pool, which is 40 m² large and 1.40 m high.

The booking price does not include cleaning which amounts to 200.00 Euros to be paid in cash at check in.

The tourist tax to be paid in cash at check-in. It’s 1€ per person per night (for max 5 nights). Children up to 12 years old do not pay.
