Casa della Roccia is a recently renovated Apulian farmhouse, it is furnished in a modern and comfortable style that goes well with the characteristics of the local stone. The house is perfect for hosting four couples as it has four double bedrooms with private bathrooms, a living room and a well-equipped kitchen. The outdoor spaces have been designed to be able to spend a perfect holiday in the Apulian countryside, because it has a patio with sofas, ideal for relaxation, a swimming pool, a garden and finally a gazebo with a well-equipped kitchen for lunches and dinners.

The Interior

Designed to sleep eight comfortably, the rooms are beautifully embellished with functionality in mind. The quiet, spacious bedrooms each have private shower rooms and modern features to ensure guests’ comfort and relaxation.

The Exterior

The outdoor spaces are large and well equipped. Near the house we find a patio with sofas and table, the garden with lawn, an oval-shaped swimming pool with brackish water and finally a gazebo with a kitchen where if you want you can perhaps prepare lunches and dinners with the products of typical Apulian cuisine.

The booking price does not include cleaning which amounts to 200.00 Euros to be paid in cash at check in.

Finally, there is the tourist tax to be paid in cash at check in which is equal to 1 Euro per person per day for a maximum of 5 nights. (Children up to 12 years old do not pay)
