The house consists two double bedrooms with their own bathroom and air conditioning, a kitchen with an outdoor porch, several living areas with high-quality sofas and armchairs.

The exterior 

The outdoor spaces are large and well equipped. Near the house we find a gazebo with sofas and table, a green area with olive and fruit trees, a forty square meter swimming pool with chlorinated water.

Pets are not allowed

The booking price does not include cleaning which amounts to 200.00 Euros to be paid in cash at check in.

Finally, there is the tourist tax to be paid in cash at check in which is equal to 1,5 Euro per person per day for a maximum of 7 nights. (Children up to 12 years old do not pay)
