Entrances

Il Giardino di don Mimì features two entrances:

• One via a staircase with wide, comfortable steps.
• Another from the square in front of the trulli. This entrance leads into the living area, consisting of four trulli with exposed stone.

Living Area

• Right Side: A table with four chairs for intimate dinners, study, or card games.
• Left Side: A two-seater sofa and an armchair facing the fireplace.
• Central Trullo Access: Leads to the large revised “lamia” where the living area continues. This space includes:
  • Three sofas
  • A chest with TV
  • A partially separate dining area with a round table for eight people, overlooking the gazebo facing the pool.

Garden and Gazebos

• Garden: A terraced garden of about 6000 square meters, featuring many dry stone walls, shaded areas, old plants, flowers, and herbs.
• Gazebos:
  • Main Gazebo: 50 square meters, near the kitchen, with a table for 12 people and a living area with a sofa, armchairs, an antique bench, and two small tables.
  • Pool Area Gazebo: With a sommier for two people.
  • Front Trulli Gazebo: With a table for 10 people, overlooking the lush garden.

Additional Outdoor Areas

• Conversation Area: Under the shade of the holm oaks in front of the trulli.
• Relaxation Area: With loungers situated under a huge centuries-old oak tree, shaded from lunchtime until late afternoon.
• Orchard: Guests can also enjoy an orchard.

Room and Bathroom Details

• Room 1: Located on the second floor, this large suite features a double bed (160 x 190 cm) and a large en-suite bathroom with a shower and window.
• Room 2: Also on the second floor, this suite has a double bed (160 x 190 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a large shower and window.
• Room 3: A trullo room with a height of 4.30 meters and a double bed (160 x 190 cm) on the first floor.
• Room 4: A large room with a double bed, which can be converted into two single beds (160/80 x 190 cm), adjacent to Room 3 on the first floor. Room height is 1.90 meters.
• Shared Bathroom: Rooms 3 and 4 share a bathroom with a large shower and window (height 1.90 meters, shower height 2.10 meters).

Additional Costs

• Heating: To be paid at the end of the stay according to consumption.
• Final Cleaning: 300 euros.

House Rules

• Smoking: Allowed only in outdoor spaces.
• Pets: Not allowed.
