Recently restored and dating back to 1930, Le Nacchere is situated in the picturesque Itria Valley, close to Cisternino. Within minutes, you can reach the charming towns of Fasano, Locorotondo, Martina Franca, and Alberobello. Le nacchere is a perfect villa for a large family or a group of friends, because there are eight comfortable beds with 3 bathrooms. The structure is equipped with air conditioning and all modern comforts.

Note: In July and August, check-in/check-out is only on Saturdays.

The interior

The property is divided into two units. The first unit features: a combined kitchen and living room, a double bedroom, a bathroom with a stone shower. The second unit includes: a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace and TV, a master bedroom with an suite bathroom featuring a shower, a twin bedroom, a studio room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower.

The exterior 

Outside, there is a lovely garden area with a dining table shaded by a large pine tree. Guests can enjoy the barbecue situated in front of the garden. The rectangular infinity saltwater pool measures 4.5 meters by 11 meters, with a shoreline (2×3 meters) suitable for children. It is fully equipped with outdoor showers made of local stone.

The booking price does not include cleaning which amounts to 200.00 Euros to be paid in cash at check in.

Finally, there is the tourist tax to be paid in cash at check in which is equal to 1,5 Euro per person per day for a maximum of 7 nights. (Children up to 12 years old do not pay)
